Things you need to know
Pick up
Our wine tours depart from the Tasmanian Travel and Information Centre, corner of Davey and Elizabeth Streets, Hobart. This central departure point will allow the tour to maintain the schedule for the day.
- Our Friday Richmond and Wine Tour departs promptly at 9:30 am.
- Our Signature Saturday Wine Tour departs promptly at 11:15 am.
- Our Sunday and Monday Mona and Wine Experience Tour departs promptly at 9:15 am.
We do not make hotel pick-ups on any of our tours in order to keep to the schedule.
We request that you be at the departure point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
Drop off
Boutique Wine Tours Tasmania will drop passengers at the Tasmanian Travel and Information Centre, corner of Davey and Elizabeth Streets, Hobart (with the exception of our Mona and Wine Experience Tour, which concludes with return ferry from Mona, disembarking at the Brooke Street Pier, Franklin Wharf, Hobart).
Please note
There is no all-day parking near the Tasmanian Travel and Information Centre. Do not drink and drive!
We advise travel insurance is purchased for any unforeseen circumstances that may arise that could impact on you missing you tour.
Plus a few other tips
Wear smart casual attire. While travelling in Tasmania it is recommended that you pack a jacket as weather can be changeable. Comfortable shoes are also recommended. High heeled shoes are not recommended for any of our tours.
Bring your camera along as you will get plenty of photo opportunities while on tour. You will be visiting Richmond, one of the most picturesque villages in Australia, along with beautiful vineyards in scenic locations.
No food or drinks, with the exception of bottled water, may be consumed inside the vehicle.
